srmeixner is basically Stephen Meixner, former member and musical mastermind of the cult-group Contrastate. Stephen Meixner uses voice, guitar, found sounds and other sources to create surreal and intense emotional drone compositions. Stephen has had many releases with Contrastate on various labels (Black Rose, Staalplaat, Tesco), as well as a recent solo CD on Dirter promotions called 'between the lines'.
